Delivery
We aim to dispatch your items within 1 to 2 working days. If for any reason there is going to be a delay, we'll contact you. Uber Mountain aims to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order. Order purchases by cheque are dispatched once the payment has cleared (generally 7-10 days).
Delivery Charge:
Standard Delivery 3-5 days - £3.45
Deliveries to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland are subject to a £10 surcharge. Please contact info@ubermoutain.co.uk or 024 7639 9620 for further information.
All of our International deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail or DHL. The delivery charge can vary according to the weight of the parcel and the destination country please contact info@ubermountain.co.uk for a shipping quote.
Missing Delivery
In the unlikely event that your delivery should go missing, we require the customer to notify us within 14 days of the items being dispatched. Should we not receive notification within 14 days of a missing delivery, we cannot guarantee to deal with any claim.
Please note all missing deliveries must initially be followed up with the parcel company which could take up to 1 week.
Returns
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Please let us know if you wish to return any unsuitable items within 14 days at info@ubermountain.co.uk or 024 7639 9620. We will issue a returns number together with the return address.
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing and tags intact, along with the returns number. Postage costs are none refundable and unless the items are faulty the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge (excluding the return of faulty goods) according to the weight of the goods.
